Our office is located in  the Westlake area of Austin at the corner of Capitol of Texas Highway 360 and Lost Creek Boulevard in the Regions Bank Building (Lost Creek Point) on the northwest corner of that intersection. We are on the second floor. Parking in the back allows street level entrance to the second floor.

Our office hours are 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday through Thursday and 8:30am-4:00pm on Friday.

Please call us during normal business hours. As a solo practitioner, Dr. Putman regrets that he cannot be available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week and still provide excellent medical care during office hours. Should you have an emergency, please call 911, visit a nearby emergency room or contact Seton Shoal Creek Hospital at (512) 324-2000. 

Refills are taken care of at appointments. In an unusual circumstance, you can ask your pharmacist to extend one to three days of medication until we can examine the request.
